My complaint:
I had 20 transactions taken out in one day with a total of $622.03 stolen from my account. I had a fraud the day it was all taken out and I ordered a new card and block that card and they let someone make 20 transactions to the same company after that. And saying it might take up to 45 days to get my money. I am on disability and I live month to month I’m fixing to be evicted from my apartment because I don’t have my rent money because someone stole it from my account . How does something like this happen. I made disabled senior citizen with nowhere else to go. What am I supposed to do?
