My complaint:
I had a deposit to my account made by TPG a side branch of the IRS I WAS Spending the funds on items made several transfers. From my GO2BANK accounting my cashapp account no problems I wanted to get a rather sizable cash withdraw to go buy a truck paying cash was getting a better deal from seller when I was then informed by GO2BANK that I had went over there limits on getting funds from my account they told me I could go to Walmart with a barcode they assigned me and could get 500 at a time upto 1500 I tried this many times and the barcode failed each time then I was fed up . I wanted to have my money transfered to a new bank account that I opened at that point a brick motor bank I could go in and do my business then next day I found my cards had been frozen by GO2BANK I MADE SEVERAL attempts to find out what was going on then a couple days later I was informed I needed to verify my ID I sent in what I was told to and informed them my physical address on my DL. Was different from mailing address no big deal, these was explained afew times. Thought it was taken care by the Monday next suspicious activity again but could not explain this activity to me spoke with the second office manager an was told the finished the. Investigation oh but they started a new Investigation and that’s all she could tell me. Now18 days later I’m being told they are sending the documents to the IRS For further review.. I had a check coming to my account I tried to get it rerouted but for them not to except the direct deposit let it go back I would take care of it , instead they except the deposit after permanently freezing my account and telling me it can take 6- 10 days for them to send it back.i have all the avenues I can by myself. Now payouts that was set up are not getting paid an accounts getting shut down an things getting shut off. All because I wanted to close my account. Somebody help me please B4 I drown here.

OVERNIGHT ME A ANOTHER BANKS CHECK FOR MY COMPLETE BALANCE AND THE INTREST THEY MADE IF ANY AN CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FOR EVER.
