GO2bank complaint: Lied to hung up on. Won’t give me my money. Cant buy meds WILL die soon without them. They didn’t care. Hung up on me!

My complaint:

They never filed the dispute the other day I was chatting with them for over an hour, answering all the questions going through the dispute process and was told it was being filed right in and then a new card was on its way. I checked on it today, and was told the dispute was never filed, and there is no card on the way, and that my account is locked and I will not have access to any of my money for well over 90 days . So…when they finally follow through with the dispute, they locked my account without giving me an option to withdraw the money and have left me with no money whatsoever and will not give me access to any of it and said it could be over 90 days. I explained that I had a medical condition that I needed my medication or I would die and they still would not give me my money. I am absolutely furious and I have no clue what I’m supposed to do. They kept sending me to different people and every single one of them kept hanging up on me. I don’t know what kind of business they are running over there, but they treat their customers so terribly, and literally did not care just kept hanging up on me extremely rude, so they basically stolen the remainder of my money and will not communicate with me. You cannot get a hold of a live human being in once you do finally they end up hanging up on you and you have to start all over , if I can’t get my medication I’m not going to make it. I have no other way to get money, except for what is in my account that they won’t let me have and like I explained to them if I can’t get my medication, I will die! God…PLEASE HELP ME

Suggested solution:

Give me access to my money so I can get my medicine so I won’t die! My phone is going to be turned off any minute now and I won’t be able to call for help. Please let me go get my medicine God somebody help me. I just wanted to file one dispute for a transaction. I didn’t notice and they were punishing me for it Locking my account and hanging up on me. It takes forever to get a human on the phone and when you do they hang up on you I told them I would die without my medicine and they didn’t care three of them out of the 59 dealt with laughed at me before hanging up if they don’t unlock my account and let me have the rest of the money that is mine I am going to literally sit out here in the country by myself and die, and nobody will even know it
