I found for a dispute for unauthorized transactions. They shut my card off and would not tell me how to be able to access my funds until new card arrived. I explained that I was very sick and had to go to the hospital in needed access to the money medication. I was told there was nothing that could be done that I had to wait and she just kept repeating should see proceed. I was on the phone with her for over an hour and nothing has been resolved. Here it is a week later and I called to check on the dispute and refund etc. and I’m told that the agent that was handling my issue that night never even filed a dispute or did anything on my behalf to help with the issue. Literally ignored it and left the chat. I have screenshots of part of the chat from the other night, but this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever witnessed, I’m wondering if go to bank is actually a bank or a bunch of scam artists working in a room together I am very sick and this is not OK
Refund my money. I actually filed a dispute this time and give me my refund then help me withdraw the money so I can go to another bank. I need an actual supervisor, human being, or somebody to contact me and resolve this immediately.
