My complaint:
GO2bank sent me 2cards, one with a chip and the other without with a letter stating to destroy the other.
I’m not able to activate the card due to it being a dud.
I call and spoke with one csr that couldn’t help me and connected me to a automated line. I called back and the next csr just hung up.
3rd time, csr just put me on mute until i hung up 6 min later
Called back the 4th time and just asked for a new card to be expedited. Ms. Ivy said she will and will waive the fee…..too be continued
Suggested solution:
Inform and retrain your csr’s for better customer service
