My complaint:

I disputed some charges that were made on my card in August I thought they were handling my situation then when I called back to check clearly no one had disputed the charges so I wind up disputing the charges on the 9th of September and I still haven’t heard from anyone no emails no anything this is ridiculous I would not advise anyone to deal with go2 bank

Suggested solution:

refunding my money to my account immediately because I have done everything I have wrote the letter I have disputed my charges my matter should have been handled I I called then in August thinking that my charges have been disputed and no one had filed a complaint then I called back to check on my case and finds out that no one had disputed my charges for me when I had called

Same thing just happened to me, and when they finally follow through with the dispute, they locked my account without giving me an option to withdraw the money and have left me with no money whatsoever and will not give me access to any of it and said it could be over 90 days. I explained that I had a medical condition that I needed my medication or I would die and they still would not give me my money. I am absolutely furious and I have no clue what I’m supposed to do.
