My complaint:
I went into my local shop with only a few pound on my card left for essential items and the shop keeper wouldn’t let me purchase as I only had enough for the items but they wanted to put a extra charge on top because I was paying on card which meant I then didn’t have enough they were very rude it’s my local shop and spend quite a lot if money in there and I will be avoiding now.
Suggested solution:
Stop charging for paying on card
