My complaint:
I placed an order for the advent calendar that comes with a free box. Advent calendar arrived but the free box didn’t. Contacted to be told that it was out of stock. The reason I placed the order was for the free box so I felt cheated. All I got was an ‘oh well’ but they did eventually credit me with £5. Moving on to my actual complaint. I contacted prior to ordering a specific box, to be told I’d get the box I wanted, so I placed the order. Emailed again to I’d be getting the box I wanted and even though I got responses not even relating to my query, I finally got a ation. Then 2 days later the box arrives and it’s a different box!!! At this point I am fuming! I contacted glossybox and received several responses that make absolutely no sense to the issue I’m experiencing. No one reads the messages, they throw irrelevant responses at you, and do nothing to make up for their mistakes. Tell you the box was not available and I should have been told and I could have cancelled. It’s just lies. I’ve never known such incompetent customer services.
Suggested solution:
Credit my account with at least £10, actually read my complaint and understand that they’ve really let me down!
