My complaint:

I have recently used the referral link to recommend friends in which they have used the link and received their boxes one of my friends has actually received her 2nd box. But I have not received my referral bonus which states on their site 24 hours after them receiving their box. I have contacted them and they say they can’t discuss it because of gdpr. I’m so frustrated as this happened a few months ago when another friend did the same and ordered using my referral link. It seems they are misleading people to forward the link but don’t want to honour the referral

Suggested solution:

They should give the referral of £5 per person recommended and stop putting misleading terms on their site when I contacted them they said 7 days but I pointed out on their website it states 24 hours
