Glossybox complaint: Delivery issues

My complaint:

I signed up fo a 12 months subscription with Glossy Box and on the first of the month they take their money without fail, however there have been 3 instances now where the order isn’t arriving until the later part of the month, I emailed glossy box and asked them
To cancel my subscription as I find this annoying that they are quick to take the money and yet the deliveries are later an later surely this is them not keeping to their contact so I should be able to cancel. Once again this month I received another email advising their is another delty however there wasn’t a delay in taking my money!

Suggested solution:

Cancel my subscription as the service level is rubbish!
