My complaint:
Hello, i would like to file a complaint. I ordered a postpaid plan unit online last August 13, 2023 and the application was approved August 19, 2023.
The unit was supposed to be delivered by August 23 only to find out that it was delivered to another city contrary to the delivery address i submitted. Until now i don’t have any update of what happened but ENTREGO courier told me that they would ship it back to Globe API.
I have an application last 08/13/2023 that has been approved on 08/19/2023. The unit was sent to Bocaue Bulacan instead in Quezon City.
Suggested solution:
They should atleast give me update of what action they have taken because until now i have yet to get a response from them. I already paid for the first month.
