My complaint:

I keep calling globe to forst change the delivery address rhey did not make it . I was informed delivery will be on dec1 , 2023 still did not happened . After that day no one can receive the package because no one is at home at the delivery address. The device was return to sender . But until now i cannot still reprocess the order online. Whever im calling globe they cannot do anything about it. And request someone to call me back from the recontracting team. But when they callled cannot answer because they ate calling in earlier time than my preferred time even its already mentioned to them. So will call globe again and schedule a callback then i cannot answer because they are calling earlier than a preferred time .same scenario happened each time and my concenr until is still not resolve . The worst customer experience i have got from globe. Whenever i ask for a supervisor it took more than an hour before i can get one and representatives are hunging up on me.

Suggested solution:

Cancel the renewal completely so that i can process the renewal online. If someone will call please do around 02:00 to 06:00
