My complaint:

We are never late with our payments, but why is it that our connection has been super slow 20-22 mbps only (this is not what you advertised) and it goes on and off, few days ago a technician came ‘to fix’ checked our modem but no changes its worst!
Please act on this asap
Suggested solution:
Send proper technician, check the power lines, change whole modem if necessary
