My complaint:
The manager is extremely rude and self centered, doesn’t care about anyones emotions or wellbeing. Treats workers like slaves. Only cares about sales and numbers. Will belittle you and try to cover it up by saying “I believe everyone has value” while proceeding to yell at you and treat you poorly.
Suggested solution:
Switch out the manager for someone who actually cares and puts the workers and customers first.
