My complaint:
The Deli manager at Giant Food Store, Potomac Station Store 0250 was extremely rude. Not once but few instances where she doesn’t care about customer at all, she is not willing to help, very rude and was instead busy berating and humiliating that poor elderly woman that she works with. Treats her like her personal slave all while we customer waiting to be service. She totally belittle and was yelling to that hard working old woman. She should be terminated! Giant Grocery Store or any company’s that I know doesn’t do that to their employees in front of their customer and neglect the service as well and extremely rude.
I suggest that the manager with a picture hanged on the wall from that store be investigated and terminated to set an example and hire a manager who truly cares and puts the workers and customers first.
Suggested solution:
They should Hire a new Store manager from that store (Deli department and Store manager) terminate those who does not represent the company's ethical and proper behavior towards their own peers and to their customer for the success of all.
