Giant Food Stores complaint: Poor customer service

My complaint:

Arrived to store location at 9:45 pm Saturday May 27, 2023. The store hours posted on the door as well as online stated 10pm. Found the door locked and not opening. Employees inside were visible and refused to respond to pounding on door. Also all phone calls to store went to an automated service asking to press one for customer service and then automatically disconnecting. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER EVER HAVE I EVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED. COMPANY. There was and is not any acceptable reason for the door to be locked and customers denied access 15 mins prior to closing. I also have four other witnesses to this.

Suggested solution:

I would like the decision maker for this to be either disciplined and or fired. Also I would my $25 dollars reimbursed as I had to travel elsewhere for my items. Also the ten dollars in gas I wasted for having to go out of my way to another location reimbursed.
