I went to this store this evening dated March 32023 by almost 3.30pm. I have united healthcare otc benefit card and before going to store I called united to how much balance is in my card and is Giant store in united healthcare panel to buy otc products United agent told me your balance is $52.00 and Giant store is in united healthcare panel you can buy grocery items from there.I bought bread eggs some candies after waiting long time in line cashier told me card is not active then another senior executive employee I am sure was store manager told me rudely arrogantly you don’t have any balance remaining I was shocked I told her just 5 minutes before entering in this store I checked and ed my balance amount from united healthcare I requested please check again but lady manager denied rudely. It was very humiliating insulting keep in mind I am an old woman of 63 years of age with disabilities. I request Giant store corporate office to hire some professional knowledgeable managers with manners courtesy and high professional ethics and especially who do not discriminate customers of there race skin colour and age. They need to train store manager and change another professional manager with professionalism courtesy manners patience and best management skills who should not insult old aged customers.
