My complaint:

She was rude obnoxious and refuse to look at my Singapore ID to give me a miserable 3% discount amounting to 17 Cts. I ask why she wont accept my ID for Singaporean Senior discount. She said she will only accept Senior Card.

She has also been rude when the view where to tap my Passion Card was requested as the cash machine was blocked by a large placard. She said she did not place it there, I should ask the supervisor!

Now for 17 Ccs, I have been made to feel I am an alien in my own country that a Foreigner from Vietnam ( I di not have any problems with Vietnamese cashiers)

WHILST THE SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTED HER TO ACCEPT MY SINGAPORE id CARD, SHE STILL she continue to argue for 20 minutes to keep answering back. My time sheet on the receipt is 12.32 noon.

as I have informed you this Complaint if I do not see any action like suspending her for 3 days, send her to retraining, u leave me no choice but to lodge a compliant to Immigration, MFA, work permit, and to the Government Covid bodies monitoring the manning of Entry to public places.

Suggested solution:

Suspension of said employee and a apology.
