My complaint:
I was in the dc giant store on 4303 Conn Ave, Washington, DC 20008 looking for items for my mother. I am a loyal giant shopper but this day I was in there I couldn’t find a couple of the items i stopped and asked a manager. His name was devol. he was very rude to me and i will not be shopping anymore at this location due to his poor customer service. He acted annoyed to help me find the items and proceeded to joke around with another coworker. I am very disappointed in giant and hope in the future you guys hire better employees especially management.
Suggested solution:
Fire the department manager!
