My complaint:
On July 1, we bought domestic shrimp from the seafood counter. It is labeled packed 71 use by 74. Today, we opened it to make shrimp cocktail for our dozen guests for the Fourth, only to be knocked over by the putrid stench of the bad shrimp. $34 wasted and a ruined cookout.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse the full cost, plus something for the irritation and inocnvenience. Perhaps double.
