My complaint:
I have a Giant Food E Gift card for $100 which I used twice in Giant Food in Prince Frederick location without incident leaving a balance of $ 22 which I tried to use in Giant food in Lusby Md I was told by customer service it wasnt valid to use in store by Cuctomer service rep then by Store Mgr on duty Thursday Oct. 27th around 2pmI told then it was used accepted at Giant food in Prince Frederick it was not going to be able to use in Giant Lusby period to pay with another method or leave the merchandise.I did pay with a card when I asked to speak to Mgr he or she wasn’t immediately available so I just left.
Suggested solution:
They could of called Prince Frederick Giant Customer service to find out how to process or another corporate resourcethey just wanted me to go away?
