My complaint:
The scan machine has not worked during the entirety of July, and possibly even longer. I no longer recall when I was able to retrieve a Scan IT device in order to shop, and expedite my exit. Unfortunately, this is not the first, but it is the longest time that I recall the service being down.
Suggested solution:
Fix the Scan IT machine!
