Giant Food Stores complaint: NO ONE GREETED ME, NO ONE MOVED – BLOCKED ISLES, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL!

My complaint:

I entered store (receipt states: Store 754 110822 11:37am); there was a ‘Manager’ Meeting at the Produce Section, 5-6 Large Men talking and BLOCKING the rows, did not move, did not make eye contact, NOTHING, causing me to backup up and go around; get to the shampoo isle and there are 6-7 Women, exact scenario, except on woman moved an INCH so I didn’t her the back on her shoe; by this time all the Men were at the front, near cashiers, still talking, staring at their phones, not moving.
This Giant is not my favorite (closet to me is Safeway – too expensive for me), I don’t typically shop here as I have to sit through two lights but this weeks Ad brought me in. I did get what I wanted but was very frustrated and asked myself is it really worth it to get here and be ignored. I did ask an employee PATTY DAVIS if anyone in the entire store speaks to anyone, she asked what happened and said she was very sorry. Nancy (cashier) was very friendly and I left feeling a bit better but that doesn’t make up for the bad visit. I have to say it will be a while before I return, being ignored, not greeted (especially by managers everywhere) came off as very unfriendly and disrespectful.

Suggested solution:

WOW - just say HI, move and smile if you are blocking the isle; if all the Managers are at the store to make it better then maybe they need to MEET elsewhere to discuss their observations.
Every customer can understand that isle's may be tight while shelves are being stocked and usually those workers are very considerate and move ly - I would expect more from management.
Shopping, itself, is laborious, expensive and generally not a pleasant experience - why not make it a happy day just by being nice and smiling.
JUST ME but being greeted, spoken to, makes the entire experience a better one!
