My complaint:
I went to register and the guy was busy on his phone didn’t even acknowledged or said hi started ringing me out and bags was getting broken and he kept bagging while bags was broke. I had to double bag them and then he was poor managing my items and I had a glass water bottle that he layed and lucky it didn’t crack and he has poor bagging skills packed everything if he could in one bag he seen I was getting upset and he just kept just ringing things out kinda with attitude he need to be trained and showed to acknowledge customers or at least say hi he has very poor customer service
Suggested solution:
Train employee or talk to him and make sure he don’t push customers to other competitors
