My complaint:
I went to the giant today to get some last minute items which included five cheese Mac and Cheese.
I selected the Reser’s for ten dollars on sale for 8.99.
The sale price did not come up.
The assistant indicated not on sale anymore and went off sale 462023 and this is three days later and the for sale sign still up.
I showed the diant associate the picture on my phone of sale sign today and he said no longer on sale, I said well thats the sign out today.
I dont know where giants policies and procedures related to the customer have gone but not in the direction I thought it was going.
Suggested solution:
Giant Policy and treat the customer right!!!
