My complaint:
help. Long time to get prescriptions sent by physicians or transferred to store. Long waiting time, long lines, pharmacy to small to accommodate clients on a professional and timely basis. Very small space.
Inadequate staff, and training, technical support needs help.
Suggested solution:
Build pharmacy larger….. separate from the main store, where you can have drop off and pick up capabilities!
More trained staff and electronic capabilities.
