My complaint:
I was in a lane with a Cashier on 101022 around 945-1015pm and I handed cashier my grocery bags prior to being rang up SHE REFUSED TO BAG MY GROCERIES!!!!!! She threw my groceries and the bags to the run-off area. I said to her I gave you my bags to place my groceries in she says WHO YOU TALKING TO. I said you what is your problem. To my understanding that’s a part of her job description correct. I asked for the manager she approached the cashier asked what’s the problem I explained. I asked for an apology she REFUSED IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER. I was truly offended since this is my local shopping area. The next day I go to speak with the General Manager he said he would take care of it. Nothing has been done she needs to be terminated!!!!!! I shop there all the time and I don’t want her there she is intimidating and rude. I will not be returning if she is there, I have never encountered any problems at that store all the other people are really nice and considerate.
Suggested solution:
Terminate that cashier.
