My complaint:
I grabbed a case of beers and when I went to pay and they said your ID is expired. I said no problem I have my official DMV documents that serve as my temporary ID until my real ID arrives in the mail and they refused to make the purchase even though I provided the proper paperwork. And was rude and adamant about not making the paperwork. This is unacceptable behavior for any manager and representative of Giant. Her name was Sandra.
Suggested solution:
An apology from Sandra would be enough and in the future perhaps they should oriented on paperwork serving as ID so long as it’s an official document from the DMV.
