My complaint:
There is an employee that accused me of not paying for groceries.
She was very arrogant towards me.
I am a 72 year old African American women and the customer behind me(a nice white lady) noticed how she was giving me a rough time.
I reported her to management. Don’t know how the management treated the situation!
Yesterday (February 17th) she refused to wait on me asking her supervisor if she could go on break.
In the mean time she proceeded to wait on the white lady in front of me before she left.
I believe that there should be a policy on prejudice among your white employees, especially during the difficult times this country is facing!
Suggested solution:
Race relations classes especially in my area.
