My complaint:
in to giantfoodstores.comoffers for details. It gave me a promo code of GMDIRECT 30.Went shopping at Giant on Rt501 Lititz and went to the counter to check and see if The promo code was all I needed. The lady at the counter said that I had to have my phone with an app for the discount. I said that I am a retired person that does not use my phone only to check the weather and time of day. Apps are left to my grandchildren. She said to go and buy the chicken and come back to the counter and she would adjust the bill. I did just that. I purchased 4 packages,,2 drumsticks and 2 thighs. She then said only one package was intitled to discount. I said the add said one OFFER not one item. Seniors rely on your generisity and it is very appreciated but for the older generation cell phones are just gagits. Giant is still a great store but the adds can be confusing Thank you
