Giant Food Stores complaint: Canceled delivery without notification

My complaint:

Driver couldn’t find condominium building. Dispatch CANCELED delivery after 30 minutes but did not bother to 1) give me an opportunity to meet them on the street 2) did not tell me ordered was canceled. I called them after an hour and got an aggressive non apologetic dispatch person. I’ve received deliveries roughly every two weeks for 1 12 years and this is the first time it’s happy. Outrageous.

Suggested solution:

Like I have requested numerous times have somebody deliver who has already done so because it is hard to find.
