My complaint:
I use brown paper bags for yard waste (lawn clippings). In the last two months I have had 5 missed pickups. I always call the next day and they simply just put in a ticket but it never gets picked up. I end up bringing it to a friends house whose pickup day is a few days after mine. How can I resolve this? The trash and recycle bins get picked up … the driver for yard waste just doesn’t want to get out of his truck and pick up the bag, though it says on their site the brown bags are ok to use. This is so irritating. I hate this company. I’m paying but not getting any service. I will have to waste another morning calling and and then just saying they will post a ticket. So absurd.
