My complaint:

Customer over 17 years. Recently have had several weeks of missed pick up for trash collection that we were promised credit for. Pricing is exorbitant for the lousy service being received. They claim they are short staffed…When I call in I’m on hold for over 20 minutes and the service representatives feel like they are doing me a favor in answering my calls!!!

I cancelled my service and they again was promised a pick up of their pale over 6 days ago…still not done now they claim it will be another 5 days to pick up. Joke. There should be no doubt why I cancelled their lousy service after all these years.

Suggested solution:

Pick Up the pale that was promised to collect 6 days ago!
