GFL Environmental complaint: Poor trash pickup response

My complaint:

For the past 3-4 weeks our trash, recyclables and lawn bag pickups have been 1-3 days behind. Because of July 4th pickup was one day behind this week. My normal days is Friday and it’s now 4:30 PM on Sunday and none of the trucks have been down my street yesterday or today to pick anything up. I saw one truck picking up recyclables in Stephens around the corner today but that’s the only truck I’ve seen all weekend. It didn’t come down our street.

If they don’t have adequate staffing or some other problem they could at least send out letters in the mail. This service is not acceptable. I pay over $20 a month every month for trash pickup.

Also they leave a lot of trash in the street when they are emptying the bins.

Suggested solution:

Send out letters and hire more employees so we can get the quality and timely service we pay for
