My complaint:
We put out all of our garbage, recycling included Sunday evening. I was outside when the recycle truck came down our street. The driver doesn’t empty the bin completely before setting it back down letting loose debri fall out. He got to our house and keep on going without emptying our bin. I don’t think he liked me watching him. He continued on down the block setting down and knocking over bin and left them in the street. I’ll give you one more try and then we won’t be recycling anymore. Terry Smith resident.
Suggested solution:
Try a driver who is willing to complete the job properly.
