My complaint:
A GFL driver picked up my trash and ran over my bin with his truck and now its broken. The wheels are broken and now I have to drag the bin back and forth. This is such a hassle. I asked for a replacement and it has been 4 weeks and still no replacement. I have been more than patient at this point. I will terminate my service!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Replace my bin.
