My complaint:
We established service on October 14. We have not had our garbage picked up yet and today is November 10. Every single time I call to ask, practically BEG for the driver to please pick up the garbage, I am told the driver will come by tomorrow….tomorrow hasn’t gotten here yet….I am tired of the lies, the run around and the SMELL of 3 weeks worth of garbage sitting at the end of my driveway! I have called, complained, BEGGED…will someone PLEASE HELP????? I have emailed as well and nothing…absolutely NOTHING has worked. I don’t get emails replied to and I never get a person on the phone who can actually help. They even stated that the driver came back and he said the trash can wasn’t at the end of the driveway! Well, it has been there 3 weeks!!!!!!!
