My complaint:
I put my blue recycle bin out at 7:30pm Tuesday as our pickup day is Wednesday. I noticed that they picked up recycles on my side of the street but mine was still sitting. They drove right by it. I called the woman I spoke with assured that it would be picked up. It’s now Friday. I hate to move it because they MIGHT pick it up. Rain expected tomorrow so I’ll probably put most of it in the regular trash.
Suggested solution:
Either pick it up or call tell me that's not possible I can lug it back up to the garage.
