GFL Environmental complaint: Picking up to early

My complaint:

Drives picking up at 620 am in a residential area. It’s always after 7am. Truck idels in-between two apartment building with radio blaring . Think the by law is 7am in residential

Suggested solution:

Pick up after 7am please
