My complaint:
Missed recycle pickup. This occurs every few months and today was another missed pickup. Last time they said I called too late in the week. Today, the canton website says wait 24 hours. My container is on the street in the proper location. Please come get it, it’s full (not over full, but will be soon).
Suggested solution:
By collecting my recyclables on the day that they designate for pickup. When they miss it,
Notify or not, but pick it up ASAP, the next day latest. Communication would be nice.
