My complaint:
It has been over a week from last pick up, and we have 2 cardboard dumpster that are now full I was told the truck has been here for pick up but had a problem with pick up, and if I don’t know what the problem is how can I resolve. Our dumpster are now full and cardboard is piling up on our warehouse floor, I do know we are still paying our bill but if the dumpster are not empty today we will hold payment that is only fair.
Suggested solution:
EMPTY THE DUMPSTERS.
