My complaint:
For the past 2 years my trash is not being picked up on scheduled Tuesdays. I have made numerous phone calls and went in to their office last year concerning this issue. Thinking issues was resolved last year now once again my trash is not being picked up again, almost weekly to must phone that it was missed AGAIN. Here it is Friday and no one answers the question phone so I can report NO pickup. Yesterday I was told trucks are out until 9 p.m. last year I paid for the entire year in one lump sum, this year has been paid for the entire year also.
Frustration -OH YES, SATISFACTION-OH NO

Pickup as scheduled!!! I did not receive a call Tuesday, as they supposedly say they do, that it will be picked up the following day. Lady I speak with is terrible
I am not the only client in my area that uses GFL
HELP resolve this issue
