My complaint:
TRASH WAS SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP ON MON. 62821. AS OF TODAY THURS. 701, IT IS STILL SITTING ON STREET, AS ARE THE CANS OF SEVERAL OTHER NEIGHBORS ON THIS CUL-DE-SAC.
I HAVE MADE EVERY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT GFL BY PHONE AND BY A MESSAGE THRU E-MAIL. AS ALWAYS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THRU ON PHONE AND NOW IT APPEARS THE WEB SITE IS NOT RESPONDING.
Suggested solution:
THEY SHOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO PICK UP OUR FULL CANS ASAP. WITH THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND COMING UP, WE NEED OUR TRASH SPACE.
ALSO THE COMPANY SHOULD MAKE THEMSELVES MORE ACCESSIBLE TO IT'S CUSTOMERS. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE SO DIFFICULT TO RELAY INFORMATION TO THEM?
