My complaint:
Bin was left out on 7-8 for 7-9 pick up. Again they left it. This has been going on for 3 years. Sometimes it’s the trash. Sometimes recycling. Sometimes yard waste there was an incident when they were leaving trash can across the street also when they cleared the street of snow last winter all the snow was put in my driveway. This company is such a headache. It’s 7-12 bin still there
Suggested solution:
Pick up the bins every week since I pay for this service. If you can't pick up all the cans every time then give me a discount. Since I'm not getting full service
