My complaint:
Its bad enough to be the worse service provider of any kind but then you have your customer service forward out and out lies about what a great job your going to do to make up for dropping the ball. At least they are consistent in how bad a service they deliver.
Suggested solution:
refund our money and pick up their property and neve bother us again.
