My complaint:
This is the worst trash service that’s been in my neighborhood in 25 years. They pick up half of our trash, leave garbage cans in the road, leave trash everywhere, miss heavy pick up days, the customer service is awful. The supervisor tells you different things than the other employees, the supervisor has been left several messages and he literally doesn’t care about the customers and complaints. This company needs a new supervisor, I’ve left several messages with him and nothing His name is Armando O. Our HOA IS GETTING COMPLAINTS AT OUR MEETINGS AND OUR FACEBOOK PAGE IS GETTING SEVERAL NEW COMPLAINTS AND THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! We’re all signing a petition to get another trash service!
Suggested solution:
Get a new supervisor that will actually do a good job!
