My complaint:
I live on the North Side of Chicago. The Getir moped drivers are reckless. I was almost hit three times in the last several weeks by these maniacs, most recently a few hours ago. I was crossing a street in a marked crosswalk and this idiot made an illegal left turn after traveling the wrong way on a one way street and damn near hit me! What kind of lunatics do you hire?

You need to carefully vet and monitor all prospective hires. It's very hard to identify these individuals as they are wearing visors. But you need people out in the streets better supervising these employees and making sure they properly observe all traffic laws as they are operating motor vehicles and I think many of them do not drive in a safe manner. If these unsafe practices continue I will be contacting my alderwoman's office and the Chicago Police Department.
