My complaint:
i was working at great court student accommodation when one of the drivers dropped off food for a student that lives here i told him that under company rule he is not allowed to leave the food here and go so i told him he has to call the customer and wait for them to come down and collect the food he then start shouting and getting up in my face which i thought was very disrespectful if you could give him a verbal warning if he is to do it again he will lose his job because I’m not meant to put up with such behaviour please and thank you.
Suggested solution:
give him a verbal warning because i believe everyone should get a second chance but do tell him if he is to do it again he will lose his job
