My complaint:
We ordered some shopping on 9422. The smoked salmon that i had ordered was not in the bag. I immediately contacted GETIR to let them know. They offered a replacement but couldn’t give me a time when this would be delivered. I asked for a refund and was told no.
Much later that day, no replacement had been sent so I contacted the call centre. I was told that the warehouse has ed that the time was sent so basically calling me a liar! What awful service!!
I finally emailed and got a response whereby I was told I could have a refund for my missing item. My email states that the refund was processed on 11422 and would take 3-5 working days to arrive back in my bank. The refund has never arrived and I want to know where my money is.
