My complaint:
I ordered two of 19 liter water bottles with one hour delivery.
Delivery came with only one bottle in 2 hours.
Then deliverer came again another 2 hours later with 2 bottles, but one is opened, other one is dirty.
So I refused, then request refund.
GETIR system indicated as delivered.
So I kept fight against GETIR for only 54TL refund.
Suggested solution:
Kept calling to me and check the facts many times.
And told refund but nothing happen yet.
